This app was made to save the time of students and teachers involved in the Computer Science Honor Society (CSHS) at my high school. Previously, CSHS would write service hour claims on paper and the claims would be verified by signature from a teacher. This distracted the teacher and wasted time, but with my system, students make hour claims through a Google Form and teachers can verify hours when they want to via email.
