While at the Naval Research Lab in Washington DC and at home, I made a Human Authorized Robotically Aimed Laser Dazzler (HARALD). This system serves to hail / warn a target using a laser which is aimed by orthogonal hobby servos.

Hardware: Logitech C922 Pro, Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop PH315-51-757A, Arduino Nano, 70mW 532nm Laser, SPT200 Pan and Tilt Kit, Wii Remote.
